Orders typically ship within two to three days. Because of the nature of our business some items may take longer. For example if you order custom dice these have to be made by our dice maker. Depending on the complexity it may take from three to ten days to send the order. We will notify you in the event it will take longer than three days.

When you purchase any of our products you are also purchasing a secret. Since we cannot be refunded the secret there are no refunds.
